How we deliver your order
All delivery charges are included in the price of the product, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Most orders will be sent via Royal Mail delivery to UK MAINLAND ONLY a courier may also be used for the delivery of various/larger items in the store. Some items may need a signature upon delivery, this will be stated in the product listing. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the order upon delivery.
Most orders placed through the Better Days store will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the order, weekends and public bank holidays are excluded.
Some products may be placed on order from our suppliers, and may take a little longer for dispatch, in this case you will be updated by email as to the progress of your order.
If your order contains more than one item, items within that order may be delivered separately.
Customer Returns
If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect, please return them within 7 working days of receipt of the item and we will happily refund or exchange the item.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us unless the item is faulty or it was delivered to you in error.
If an item is to be returned to us and you are requesting a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the goods but not the return postal charges.
We do ask that when you are returning a product to us, that you provide sufficient packaging for transit and that you return it with all the original packaging, and accessories.
We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods, we do recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service when returning products to us.
If you are returning a product to us you must complete the customer returns form and send the completed form to us at our address on the contact us page along with the product you are returning.
