Any order for products that you place through the Better Days website constitutes an offer to buy those products at the price shown. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time.
Price and availability information are subject to change without notice, so please check the price at the time of ordering. In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on the Site, We will usually contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price. If you are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel your order and any sum debited by Us from your debit/credit card will be refunded in full to the same card. We will not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.
All goods are subject to acceptance and availability.
If the goods you order are not available, you will be notified by e-mail and you will have the option of either waiting until the item is available or to cancel your order.
When submitting your order with Better Days you are agreeing to the purchase of goods and to allowing Better Days to use your personal data for the purpose of supplying the goods.
Please be aware that Items/products in the clearance section of our website have been placed in the clearance section for one or all of the following reasons: Damaged/soiled packaging End of line stock The actual product will be in full working order unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Goods.
All goods advertised in the Better Days store are new unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Although new, some goods may be unsealed or repackaged, this will be stated in the product description.
Delivery.
All delivery charges are included in the price of the product, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Most orders will be delivered via Royal Mail delivery to UK MAINLAND ONLY, a courier may also be used for various/larger items in the store. Some items may need a signature upon delivery, this will be stated in the product listing. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your order upon delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders placed via the Better Days store within 24 hours of receiving the order, weekends and public bank holidays are excluded. Some products may be placed on order from our suppliers, and may take a little longer for dispatch, in this case you will be updated by email as to the progress of your order. If your order contains more than one item, items within that order may be delivered separately. Please be aware that we currently deliver to the UK MAINLAND ONLY. Please allow a reasonable time for delivery after recieving your dispatch note from Better Days.
Your right to cancel.
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, you can do so within 7 working days of receipt of your goods,we can not accept or process returns after the 7 working day period. If you wish to cancel an order you must do so in writing to the following email address (customerservice@betterdaysforall.org.uk) if the order has not been dispatched when we recieve your written cancellation, we will refund any monies owed to you as soon as possible after recieving your written cancellation. If the order has been dispatched to you, simply return the order back to us at our address which you can find in the section (contacting us) and also on the (contact us) page and any monies owed to you (return postage not included) will be refunded to you upon our receipt of your returned order.
Customer Returns.
If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect, please return them within 7 working days of your receipt of the item and we will happily refund or exchange the item. If you wish to return a product, you must first inform us in writing at the following email address (customerservice@betterdaysforall.org.uk) We do ask that when returning a product to us, that you return it with all the original packaging, and accessories. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us unless the item is faulty or it was delivered to you in error. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods, we recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service when returning products to us. If you are returning a product to us please complete the customer returns form and send the completed form to us along with your product return. Any products to be returned to us, must be returned to our address which you can find in the section (contacting us) and also on the (contact us) page.
Payments.
At this moment we can only accept payments via Paypal.
